No. Each seat must be registered to a single named individual, not a shared or role-based inbox. If responsibility moves to someone else in your organisation, email [email protected] and we'll transfer the account and associated data to the new named user.
Yes, additional queries are 50¢ each. You can top up anytime from your dashboard — purchased queries never expire.
If you haven't used your purchase (no searches made or reports generated), we'll issue a full refund. Once searches or reports have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months. Your search quota resets at the start of each billing cycle.
When an institutional trial ends, your team reverts to individual user limits. Your data — checklists, watchlists and search history — is preserved, and you can upgrade at any time to restore full access.
Yes. You can upgrade from a one-time Checklist Report to a subscription, or move between Single Seat and Team plans. Contact us and we'll help with the transition — any remaining credit is applied to your new plan.
All major credit cards, debit cards, and business payment methods through Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified).
We provide invoices for all purchases. Tax deductibility depends on your organisation's circumstances, so please consult your accountant or tax advisor.
A search with no matches is still a valuable compliance record. You can add the “no match” result to your checklist with one click, creating a timestamped record that you ran the search and found no list match. Auditors and regulators look for this kind of documented screening. Undocumented checks provide no mitigation in an enforcement action.
All data is aggregated from official, publicly available sources — including OFAC (SDN, Consolidated), UN Security Council, EU, UK OFSI, DFAT, and more. Lists are updated daily and the last update timestamp is shown on the search page.
Yes. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS, authentication uses industry-standard protocols, and we do not share or sell your search data. Your checklists and watchlists are private to your account.
