Any Standard or Professional user can create a shared workspace for up to 10 people. Reports, notes and monitoring activity can be shared across the team. Each member needs their own Standard or Professional licence, with that licence’s search token and monitoring allowances.
You can set an additional search tokens budget in your account settings. Once your included search tokens are used, you continue searching until you reach your budget. Extra search tokens cost $0.50 each and are billed at month end. If you don't set a budget, searching pauses until your next billing cycle.
A monitoring slot lets you keep one entity on daily screening with email alerts if its sanctions status changes. Your plan includes a fixed number of slots. In an organisation, each slot is assigned to a licence owner for billing, while all members can view results. Optional additional slots cost $0.75 per slot/month, billed on peak usage above your allowance.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
