Any paid user can create a shared workspace for up to 10 people. Reports, notes and monitoring activity are shared across the team. Each member needs their own licence, with that licence's search token and monitoring slot allowances. Allowances are not pooled.
You can enable extra search tokens in your account settings and set a monthly budget, or choose unlimited. Extra tokens are billed at month end. If you don't enable additional usage, searching pauses until your next billing cycle.
Each monitoring slot keeps one entity on daily screening. If its sanctions status changes, you get an email alert. Your plan includes a fixed number of slots. Extra slots can be added to any plan, including Essential.
